The Relevant Research Between Sleep Quality Fatigue And Anger Expression Style Of Nurses

Objective: Aimed directly at the research of physiological base for the anger expression style was lack , launch on sleep quality and fatigue which are main of physiological enginery, explore the relavence between sleep quality,fatigue and anger expression style, discuss the distinction of physiological base with different anger expression style.Methods: 913 nurses were investigated by epidemiology tables,discrininate the style of anger expression with State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2(STAXI-2):anger expression-out(AX-O)/ anger expression-in(AX-I),assess sleep quality with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI), assess economy fatigue with Fatigue Assessment Instrument(FAI),add up the dataand then analyse.Results: There was difference between nueses AX-O group and AX-I group in sleep quality and fatigue condition : Research to sleep quality shows , There were obviously difference on the score of sleep quality between nueses AX-O group and AX-I group(P<0.05); Research to the fatigue shows that , the nueses AX-I group had obviously higher scores on the mental effect might be caused(P<0.05); There were not the same on the score of sleep quality or fatigue with different Qualifications and Age. There was correlation between Anger Expression Style and Sleep Qaulity/ Fatigue condition: The results of Logistic Regression show that, AX-O group has positive correlation with the Sleep Disordes factor(P<0.05), AX-I group has inverse coeeelation with the Responds to Rest/Sleep composition(P<0.05).Conclusion: There was difference between nueses AX-O group and AX-I group in sleep quality and fatigue condition , There was correlation between Anger Expression and Sleep Qaulity/ Fatigue condition. The conclusion laied the foundation for the function mechanism of organism condition in anger expression, offer new thinking for the prevention and cure of emotional disorders by anger .
