Research Of Effects Of Inflamm Factors About Patients With COPD Treated With Gubenhuoxue Methord

【Objective】To approach the possible mechanism of Gubenpingchuan decoction on the prevention and cure Of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients,by clinical observation and reseach of the effect of Gubenpingchuan decoction to inflammatory factors such as cytokine IL-8, adherence factor ICAM-1,and the level of lung function of COPD patients.【Method】Total 62 patients whose final diagnosis was period of acute episode of COPD devided into the group of chinese traditional medical therapy and the control group of western medicine therapy.Conventional the rapysuch as glucocorticosteroid,β₂-receptor agonist atomization inhalation were applied,clinical observation and emperical study and symptomatic treatment(chosing the dosage according the graduation of patient' s condition).Among the first 15 days of therapy period,glucocorticosteroid were not used,In therapy group,Gubenpingchuan decoction were added to the control therapy at equal pace,one dosis everyday,decocting with water and get 300ml of juice,twice to take.Two weeks as a course of treatment in both groups.The changes of content of IL-8 in peripheral blood of patients pre and post therapy in both groups were detected by ELISA method,the changes of the contents of ICAM-1 befor pre and post therapy were detected by immuno-histochemistry method,the level of airway reactivity pre and post therapy in both groups were detected by Spirolabâ…¡-type LF radiometer.To compare the index pre and post therapy.【Result】①Two groups effect comparison,the group of the treated group is efficient for 93.7%.As the control group is 86.7%.The difference was significiant between two grooups(P＜0.05)â‘¡About FEV₁å’ŒFVC,the Gubenpingchuan decoction group was(1.26±0.8,3.03±0.9) before therapy,while the control group was(1.28±0.8,3.02±0.8).after therapy,the formerwas(2.38±0.7,3.52±0.8),while the later was(2.04±0.7,3.40±0.7).â‘¢About IL-8 and ICAM-1 subgroup of the two groups:(1)About IL-8 lymphocyte,the the Gubenpingchuan decoction group was(52.4±15.8) before therapy,while the control group was(55.7±19.8).After therapy,the former was (26.1±8.5),while the later was(40.1±12.4).(2) About ICAM-1 lymphocyte,the the Gubenpingchuan decoction group was(315.2±42.1) before therapy,while the control group was(316.3±49.4).After therapy,the former was(272.8±30.4),while the later was(278.7±32.8).Only the comparative counting of IL-8 and ICAM-1 lymphocyte in the Gubenpingchuan decoction group before therapy and after therapy was significantly different(P＜0.05),while others were not significantly different.Only the comparative counting of IL-8 and ICAM-1 lymphocyte in the place group was significantly different after therapy(P＜0.05 ),while others were not significantly different.【Conclusion】The Gubenpingchuan decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs of COPD patients,lighten the toxic-side effects of the drugs, and elevate the absolute number,while could not effect the content of all kinds of cytokines of COPD patients.
