ObjectiveThrough the ligation of the test rabbits right lower limb and hip femoral vein approach under intravenous rabbit model of steoarthritis of the knee,the use of Gu Tong Film treatment membrane and effect of certain Tong Luo Qu Tong paste as a control treatment to observe the bone membrane rabbits of knee osteoarthritis and hexosaminidase pathomorphology sugar,and for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis(OA) to provide experimental basis.MethodsJapanese rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model treatment group(Gu Tong Film group),the control group(Tong Luo Qu Tong paste group),matrix paste group,in addition to the normal group,were set up intravenous ligation Rabbit model of high pressure within the right lower limb.8 weeks after the model were Gu Tong film,Tong Luo Qu Tong paste cream,ointment for external use matrix,3 weeks after treatment,taking fullthickness cartilage in the knee as the naked eye,light microscopy,electron microscopy and in accordance with the standard curve method rmination of amino-hexose content.Results Normal comparison group and treatment group amino hexosecontent was no significant difference(P>0.05),model control group and normal group amino hexose content were significantly different(P<0.05).The naked eye,and light microscopy and electron microscopy,normal little rabbit articular cartilage damage,articular cartilage damage model seriously,the control group the degree of articular cartilage damage than the light model.Articular cartilage damage treatment group than the model decreasedConclusionsExternal application of membrane bone pain osteoarthritis rabbit model of articular cartilage with a clear treatment effect, the promotion of cartilage cell proliferation and promote cell has features of hyperplasia,improved the nutritional status of articular cartilage,articular cartilage as far as possible restore the normal physical and chemical environment,cartilage cells restored the normal metabolism of articular cartilage degeneration of the role has eased.
