Clinical Application Of Negative Pressure Drainage And Compression Bandage After Breast Cancer Operation

Objective:To explore the clinical application of negative pressure drainage and compression bandage after breast cancer operation.Methods:32 patients were divided into two groups as follow:Group A,15 cases of patients with negative pressure drainage and compression bandage after breast cancer operation.Group B,17 cases of patients with negative pressure drainage only after breast cancer operation.The effectiveness was observed and compared between the two groups.Results;There were significant differences in the comparison of the amount of drainage,the time of hospitalization after breast cancer operation,the extubating time after breast cancer operation between the two groups(p＜0.05).And the incidence of subcutaneous fluid and flap necrosis in group A is less than that in group B. Conclusion:The method of negative pressure drainage and compression bandage after breast cancer operation is effective to decrease the rate of the postoperative complication,accelerate healing of wound and shorten the time of hospitalization.
