Clinical Research Of Treatments Of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhagc Through Fissura Ectolateralis With Small Bone Window Surgery And Stereotaxy

Objective:To compare the effect of treatment hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc through fissura ectolateralis with small bone window and stereotaxy.Methods:The fissura ectolateralis with small bone window and stereotaxy was used to clearing the hematoma for 80 cases respectively.Results:Recovering time of post-operation hemiparalysis were significantly reduced,small bone window group compared with stereotaxy group(P＜0.05),but pulmonary infection and upper gastrointestinal bleeding were not significant change between these two groups.The ADL of the small bone window group were better than stereotaxy group's.Conclusion:It utilitily removed hematoma through fissura ectolateralis with small bone window technique Comparing with stereotaxy technique.It is a nice method of hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc treatment.
