CD105 is better pan-vascular marker of a vascular endothelial marker than CD31, CD34.CD105-IMVD of laryngeal Microvascular Medium is correlated significantly with the proliferation of laryngeal cancer, stage and metastasis, Somatostatin (SS) is primarily through somatostatin receptor (SSTR) role, it has inhibited tumor cell growth and induce apoptosis and inhibit tumor angiogenesis. This experiment detectes the expression of SSTR5 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry method in order to evaluat the expression of SSTR5 differences in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and to explore the relations of tumor occurrence and development for a view to somatostatin and its analogues used in the treatment of laryngeal cancer based on the provision.
