The Analysises Of Fetal Growth Restriction' Correlation Factors

Fetal growth restriction (FGR) is one of the main reasons which indued the perinatal mobidity and mortality.The case- fatality rate indued by FGR is 4 to 6 times than normal perinatal. It can not only influences the growth of fetus period,but also influences the growth of body and intelligence from the neonatal period to the adolescent age.Even it relates with some of diseases which happened during the adulthood,such as coronary artery disease,obesity,diabetes,hyperpiesia,stroke and so on. In recently years,the researchers of internal and abroad have paid attention to the reasons of FGR,and considered many factors associated with FGR,the common reasons were genetic factor,environmental factor,intrauterine infection,the compli- cations of pregnancy.As the gradually development of molecular biology,the internal and abroad investigation found that endo- crinelogy,cytokine had close relation with FGR,for instance angiogenesis factor,insulin-like growth factor,endothelin etc.
