Research On Team Building Of The Reproductive Health Consultant

With the economic and social development,health and family planning progress in the deepening of their own reproductive health,as well as the right to pay more attention to reproductive health.And traditional,too single mode of maternal and child health and family planning can no longer meet the people in the area of reproductive health in a variety of growing demand,the majority of community residents in need all-round,multi-level reproductive health care services.Social harmony is the harmony of the family,family harmony is the core of the couple harmony, and harmony of the couple is sexual and reproductive harmony.Only community residents to provide a satisfactory sexual and reproductive health counseling services to promote the harmony of the couple,family harmony,social harmony.Therefore,the reproductive health of building a harmonious society has become an important issue.Against this background,this article mainly through urban and rural areas of Hunan Province in reproductive health counseling to engage in the work of organizations,units and individuals to carry out a scientific sample survey and interviews in the investigation of real scientific data on a systematic analysis,which accurately grasp the new era of reproductive health in Hunan Province and consultative division of reproductive health status and the basic level of development.At grasping the status of reproductive health,based on this paper,cultural analysis and institutional analysis perspective, the consultative development of reproductive health carried out in-depth theoretical discussion of one of the problems and the reasons were analyzed,in order to build a professional quality outstanding ability to work and the outstanding,professional ethics excellent reproductive health consultant team to put forward practical suggestions.
