Objective:To investigate blood vessel patency rate and changing of histology between transplantation group of deep Cryopreserved Homologous Blood Vessels and transplantation group of autoallergic blood vessels.Supply theory result to deep cryopreserved homologous blood vessels transplantation.Methods:Forty rabbits are separated two groups:A group:transplantation group of deep cryopreserved homologous blood vessels;B group: transplantation group of autoallergic blood vessels;survey blood vessel patency rate after two four and twelve weeks of operation,investigate blood vessel changing of histology by electronmicroscope and light microscope.Results:1.From all the study we have the conclusion that the statistic analysis showed that there was no significant difference between transplantation group of deep cryopreserved homologous blood vessels and transplantation group of autoallergic blood vessels(P>0.05).2.Transplantation group of autoallergic blood vessels is better than transplantation group of deep cryopreserved homologous blood vessels in changing of histology by electronmicroscope and light microscope.Conclusions:1.The statistic analysis showed that there was no significant difference between transplantation group of deep cryopreserved homologous blood vessels and transplantation group of autoallergic blood vessels(P>0.05). 2.Transplantation group of autoallergic blood vessels is better than transplantation group of deep cryopreserved homologous blood vessels in changing of histology by electronmicroscope and light microscope.
