Effect Of NDQ On The Negative Charge Of Red Blood Cell And Endothelial Cell

Objective: To approach the effect of NDQ on the negative charges of RBC and endothelial cell of young cow in vitro.Methods: observe the effect of NDQ on the reduction of negative charges of RBC and endothelial cell by indicating Alcain Blue (AB) binding amount. Results: (1) Compared to the controls, the negative charges of RBC decreased in AGEs group (P<0.05), NDQ can counteract the reduction of negative charges of RBC which induced by AGEs and the relation is dose-effect relationship.(2) Compared to the controls, the negative charges of endothelial cell decreased in AGEs group (P<0.05), NDQ can counteract the reduction of negative charges of RBC which induced by AGEs .In low and middling dosage of NDQ group, the negative charges of endothelial cell increased obviously (P<0.05), compared to the controls; In large dosage of NDQ group, the charges of endothelial cell can not change obviously and achieve stationary phase,compared to the middling dosage of NDQ group. Conclusion: The negative charges of RBC and endothelial cell of young cow increase due to the effect of NDQ which can relieve proteinuria,lighten hypercoagulabale state and delay aggravation of renal function.
