Research For The Expression Of NF-κB And Its Significance In OB In Rats' Allogeneic Lung Transplantation

Objective To research the expression of NF-κB and its significance in OB in Rats' Allogeneic Lung Transplantation.Methods Heterotopic transplant operation was conducted on 30 Waster rats which were randomly divided into three groups,control group,transplangted group and immunosuppressant therapy group.Respectively removed the grafts on the 7d,14d and 28 d.Immunohistochemistry techniques and methods were used to detect the NF-κBp65 expression in the grafts.Use statitics to analysis the results.Results①Successfully constructed the animal models,the survival rate was 100%;HE staining illustrated rejection in grafts;②NF-κBp65 expression increased in the grafts, and the differences between two groups were significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion①NF-κB can promote the development of OB in Rats'Allogeneic Lung Transplantation.②Immunosuppressive drugs could reduce the expression of NF-κB in the grafts and delay the development of OB.
