Objective:By selecting the people who carried out the common medical exam of cranium MRI randomly and studying the coronal of cerebrum internal tissue's(left and right) imageology features,this article approached whether the cerebrum internal tissue exists asymmetry or not.It offered reliable and forcible anatomic foundation,which would promote the developments of imageology diagnosis and treatment technology.Thereby it should hasten the anatomy and the clinic to combine together more tightly.Methods:47 normal subjects' cerebrums carried out anteroposterior axes T1WI scanning. Then the center deck was selected,the AC-PC line was found and perpendicular was to make.The second,follow the perpendicular,the scanning scope was determined,which contained callositas' anterior and posterior borders(including pars geniculate and splenium).The thickness and the distance were fixed,the scanning parameter was fixed too.GE 3.0 MRI is applied in this study.The third,special layers and content were selected.The areas of lateral ventricle,caudate nucleus and lentiform nucleus were measured by using the instruments in the workstation 3.0 3D MIP of GE MRI.Statistics software SPSS 10.5 was used to analysis the data.Results:The study of imageology indicated that:The left side areas of antecornu,caudomedial part and posterior horn were larger slightly than the right side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05).The right side area of head of caudate nucleus and caudomedial part were larger slightly than the left side,,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05).The right side area of lentiform nucleus was larger slightly than the left side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05). But according to the difference of sexual distinction,In the 26 female cases,the left side area of antecornu was larger slightly than the right side,the two side areas had remarkable meanings(P<0.05).On the other hand,The left side areas of body of lateral cerebral ventricle and posterior horn were larger slightly than the right side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05).The right side areas of head of caudate nucleus and caudomedial part were larger slightly than the left side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05).The right side area of lentiform nucleus was larger slightly than the left side,the two side areas had remarkable meanings(P<0.05). In the 21 male cases,the right side areas of antecornu,candomedial part and posterior horn were larger slightly than the left side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings (P>0.05).The left side area of head of caudate nucleus was larger slightly than the right side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05).The right side area of body of caudate nucleus was larger slightly than the left side,the two side areas had remarkable meanings(P<0.05).The left side area of Ientiform nucleus was larger slightly than the right side,the two side areas had no remarkable meanings(P>0.05).Conclusions:Using the high performance MRI scan is the reliable method of studying the cerebrum internal tissue's asymmetry;The cerebrum internal tissue(two sides of caudate nucleus,lentiform nucleus and lateral ventricle) are roughly symmetric,they don't exit obviously difference.But some cerebrum internal tissue surely exist marked asymmetry according to the difference of sexual distinction.This feather might point out the relationship between many diseases and sexual distinction;The conclusion of cerebrum internal tissue's asymmetry offer scientific foundation to imageology diagnosis and a few particular diseases' diagnosis and have an directed effect.
