The Inhibitory Effect Of Octreotid On Human Gastric Cancer Cell Line SGC-7901 In Vitro | | Posted on:2010-12-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H S Deng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2144360275961730 | Subject:Surgery | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objectives:To study the effect of octreotide on cell apoptosis in human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.Methods:The stomach cancer cell was divided into six groups: Did not add the medicine group(positive control A group),0.1mg/L group(B group),0.2mg/L group(C group),0.5mg/L group(D group),1.0mg/L group(E group),2.0mg/L group(F group). Each group was repeated 6 times, examining the expression of Survivin by the immunohistochemical method and each group was repeated 3 times, examining the expression of hTERT by the method of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),observing the situation of cell apoptosis under the fluorescence microscope after AO tinction. Results:Along with octreotide concentration increasing, the expression of Survivin and hTERT reduced gradually, The cell perishes weakly gradually obviously. Conclusion:Octreotide could induce the gastric cancer cell occuring apoptosis and inhibit the expression of Survivin and hTERT in the stomach cancer cell. The mechanism which induces apoptosis might be related to the inhibition of the expression of Survivin and hTERT in stomach cancer cell. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | octreotide, gastricneoplasms cell, Survivin, hTERT, apoptosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
