Objective:By comparing the expression of HPA and PKC in kidney organizations of the normal rat,the normal pregnant rat and the rat model of the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP),studying the relation between HPA & PKC and kidney damage of the HDCP.Methods:Determine the protein.Determine expression of the HPA and PKC in kidney tissue using the Immunohistochemistry method(SABC) on the 21 st day of pregnancy in the pentobarbit establisnancyh rat model of HDCP by L—NAME(experimental group A),the normal pregnant rat(control group B),the normal rat,(control group C).Measure three groups rat tail arterial blood pressure on the 13th day of pregnancy, recording mean arterial pressure, once a day.Collect 24h urine in order to detact urine protein under anesthesia.Result:1.Laboratory test results:mean arterial pressure, urine protein of the rat of experimental group A began to increase on the 14th day of pregnancy,in the end of delivery more significantly increased than the other two groups.2.Pathology changes of kidney:kidney tissue of rats HE staining in experimental group showed:some glomerular mesangial cell proliferation, increased mesangial matrix,glass-walled renal artery degeneration;3,the result of the Immunohistochemistry method:the expression of HPA and PKC in kidney tissue in experimental group A is more significantly increased than the other two groups(P<0.01).The expression of HPA and PKC between the two control groups has no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:PKC and HPA may participate the process of kidney damage of rats of the HDCP.The more expression of HPA and PKC renal tissue of rats with HDCP may be one of the mechanisms of kidney damage in HDCP.
