Ovarian cancer is one of common female reproductive system tumors. The morbidity is just lower than uterine cervix cancer and endometrial cancer. The mortality is the highest of the gynecologic tumors.Although the level of therapy has been improved,The five-year-survival is still lower. Therefore the research of new therapy way become new research center. The research on the combination of IFN-γwith TRAIL can inhibit the growth of ovarian cancer cells in vitro. The experiment investigates the effect of interferon-gamma and TRAIL on the ovarian cancer rats by constructing ovarian cancer rats. Objective:To investigate the effects and the mechanism of Interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)and Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand(TRAIL) on the ovarian cancer rats in vivo. Methods:To choose 24 healthy inbreeding line female Wistar rats, select scapular region to construct subcutaneous ovarian cancer model。After model construction, fractionate into 4 group randomly, group A is blank, group B is TRAIL intervention group, group C is IFN-γintervention group, group D is combination of TRAIL with IFN-γintervention group.Intervention by injecting different interventing factor into tumor region every 3 days.Examining the apoptosis of tumor cells by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:The apoptosis rate of 4 group are 5.12%,21.21%,19.62%and 49.2%.The apoptosis rate of group A and group B is evidently different(P<0.05).The apoptosis rate of group A and group C is evidently different(P<0.05).Compared with group B and group C,the apoptosis rate of group D is evidently different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the two treatments in ovarian cancer rats induced significantly higher apoptosis than exposure to TRAIL or IFN-γalone,they may offer synergistic benefits when used concurrently.
