Objective: The HIV/AIDS patients catch the concurrent opportunistic infections probability with a high probability, and 90% AIDS patients die of the opportunistic infections. At present, the free anti-viral treatment to HIV infected people and the AIDS patients have been carried out, but there are not any written standards or policies for the accepted opportunistic infection treatment to the merge opportunity infection. Regional disparity of AIDS epidemic situation is big in our country, and distinguishes from different provinces and counties. Therefore, it is necessary to know what situation the AIDS concurrent opportunistic infected person are in on hygienic economic ethics, and to discover problems why it cannot be sustained in the system, thus strategies can be taken to solve these problems.Method: Collect the official data, analyzes the situation which AIDS infected people and the AIDS patients are in and the hazardous factor that AIDS disseminates;Using qualitative interview, and the objects are tenement from the community and medicine professionals from the community as well as CDC venereal diseases AIDS staff and AIDS D. doctor; covering community inhabitants to the HIV/AIDS crowd, community life and so on. Patients'materials are collected from local AIDS fixed hospitals from 2006 to 2008.Results: The HIV/AIDS infectors assume a multiple rise in Taiyuan from 2006 to 2008, but there is no obvious change in the number of patients who received treatment in hospital during the 3 years. Local costs on curing concurrent opportunistic infection on HIV/AIDS are rising year after year, patients cannot continuously receive treatment, thus patients in hospital in Taiyuan are less than other places. Over 98% of the interviewed objects don't whish to live in the same community with AIDS infector or patients, worrying that their life qualities can be influenced and that they and their families maybe infected. Professional staff from non-AIDS fixed hospitals sympathize the patients but not willing to treat them, and work against discrimination should be promoted. The government is not explicit to the prevention and treatment ethics of AIDS infected person and patients, which needs to be strengthened. Conclusion: Although we has made good progress in prevention and treatment of AIDS, the disease is spreading, polices for HIV/AIDS concurrent opportunistic infectors must fit for local economic and cultural development and should be put effectual. In AIDS propaganda, we must emphasize on HIV/AIDS treatment results, and reduces public fears to HIV infectors and AIDS patients, and make sure that the infectors and patients are confident of their lives. Pure professional prevention and assistant ways must be changed in preventing and curing AIDS gradually, former projects should be appraised again, leading to the interdisciplinary public health cooperation research. It is necessary to reinforce VCT work.
