The Immune Regulation Of Treatment Of Difu Decoction Attached Moxibustion In The Rheumatoid Arthritis

ObjectiveRheumatoid arthritis is more than the symmetry of the main clinical manifestation of the heterogeneity,systemic,autoimmune disease.It ismainly synovial violations,late can cause ankylosis,deformity and a poor prognosis. It is estimated,RA reduced the average life expectancy of 5 to 10 years,hence the "second cancer" and said that it studies the treatment of RA,improve their prognosis is particularly important.Western view that RA is genetic,immune, infection and other factors,and immune factors have been considered to be the main pathogenesis of RA.Thus,improving the immune function of patients can be fundamental to control RA disease progression and prognosis,to improve the quality of life in patients with RA is of great significance.But Western medicine on immune function and more performance for the single-phase regulation,drug side effects,to adapt to the crowd or the treatment of long-term restricted,easy and low immune status of secondary tumors, infections and other diseases,as well as drug-induced organ damage, biological agents as part of new drugs are expensive,can not be universal. We try to find out a better and safer method to treat the rheumatoid arthritis by setting up control group and comparing interclass transversally of the pretherapy and posttherapy.MethodsThis was a 12-week,randomized,double-blind trial.80 cases met the inclusion criteria of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(attached drink + moxibustion) and control group(taking MTX + SASP) of the 40 cases,we observe their immune function and adverse reactions,On the observed data for statistical analysis to assess the patient's immune indicators to a more comprehensive evaluation of the immune function and adverse reactions.Results1.Comparison of two groups of their own:treatment after 12 weeks the treatment group with the control group than those in their pre-treatment immune parameters decreased significantly(P＜0.05);and two groups of improvement within each group comparison,the treatment group RF,ESR,CRP and IgG improvement than the control group.2.Comparison between the two groups:After treatment,the RF,CRP,IgG levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05).3.The adverse effects:Control group,three cases of patients with normal blood WBC,four cases of higher than normal ALT,AST is higher than the normal one cases,two cases of higher than normal BUN;1 cases of the treatment group than normal blood WBC,1 cases of higher than normal ALT,1 cases of higher than normal BUN;treatment group four cases of mild abdominal distension appeared in the control group,11 patients had gastrointestinal symptoms.ConclusionDifu Decoction attached Moxibustion can effectively regulate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis the immune function,the impact of IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C3 levels of immune molecules,reduce RF,ESR,CPR level,and thereby effectively control joint inflammation and alleviate symptoms.
