| Objective:This study was performed to observe the curative effect of the traditional Chinese herb medicine Jiaweishenfu keli on the disease of chronic heart failure.With the SF-36,MLFQ and BNP,we particles jia wei shen fu keli to moderate heart failure(heart functionⅡ,Ⅲlevel) quality of life of patients and cardiac function through changes in these indicators to objectively whether or not flavored jia wei shen fu ke li can improve the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure,neuroendocrine correct and improve cardiac function and prognosis.Methods:60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly selected into the treatment group or a control group,control group were given conventional anti-failure treatment of Western medicine,treatment group were given conventional anti-failure treatment + Jiaweishenfu keli(1 bag per day,2),with 12-week course of treatment for a total of one course of treatment.All patients check the trip simple health questionnaire SF-36 and Minnesota quality of life questionnaire points,level of BNP,TCM further effect to determine and record the major traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the Lee CHF score,cardiac functional grading,detected aortic ventricle ejection fraction(EF),LVSD,LVDD,E/A with ultrasonic cardiogram,observed the influence of rehospitalization during the follow-up to record.Results:①The quality of life studies have shown that the treatment group and control group with 3 months after treatment,the patients in the PF,PR, BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH and HT improve in score on both,there are statistically significant(p＜0.05),and in PR,BP,GH,SF,MH on the treatment group was significantly higher than control group significantly between the statistical significance(p＜0.05),and in VT,RE,HT higher than the treatment group,but no significant difference between groups(p＞0.05).Scale MLFQ on the treatment group and control group of three months after the total score is higher than before treatment,and treatment group score higher,with statistical significance between groups(p＜0.05).②BNP in this study showed that plasma BNP levels in patients with CHF with left ventricular dysfunction and increased severity of the increase in plasma BNP concentration in the heart function of classⅡandⅢshow the results of the comparison p＜0.01,different subgroups NYHA classification level of the BNP there was significant difference between sex,suggesting that plasma BNP level of NYHA classification with the degree of increase was significantly higher.Cause patients with CHF were coronary heart disease,hypertensive heart disease,coronary heart disease found that heart disease and high BNP levels in each group no significant difference(p＞0.05),shows that changes in BNP with CHF caused by coronary heart disease,high-heart disease unrelated to the cause.The CHF patients were divided into LVEF＜45%and≥45%between the two,the plasma BNP levels were significantly increased,but no significant difference between the two groups(p＞0.05).Treatment group and control group patients were treated through three months later,the plasma BNP were significantly decreased,with significant difference(P＜0.05),indicate the basis for the treatment of Western medicine or Western medicine therapy plus Shenfu flavored particles can significantly improve the cardiac function in patients with heart failure state,and the treatment group after treatment the percentage reduction in the level of plasma BNP in the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(p＜0.05).③The treatment group in improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Lee points and cardiac ultrasound heart failure indicators are better than the control group,there are statistically significant(p＜0.05),Jiaweishenfu keli can improve heart failure patients with clinical symptoms and cardiac function.④Safety monitoring:After curing,the result in every laboratory check seems to have no difference with that before curing.As we haven' t discovered depravation in the research,the result himt the Jiaweishenfu keli has good safety and no obvious or serous side-effects.Conclusion: ①Jia wei shen fu keli has an accurate effect on improvement for quality of life in patients with CHF and has advantage in the clinical practice, additionaly,without side-effects and toxicity.②The result hints to introduce the SF-36 and MLFQ to evaluate the treatment result of CHF may be meaningful.③The mechanism of Jia weishen fu ke li could be that it put down the contents of BNP by regulating neurohormonal function and in this way it could protect the cardiac function.④Plasma levels of BNP were increased in proportion to the severity of left ventricular dysfunction and in contrast with the left ventricular function and structure in patients with CHF.Plasma levels of BNP can be considered as a method to diagnose CHF and to monitor the developing of patients with CHF so as to guide the treatment of patients with CHF.BNP level may serve as a therapeutic indicator for Jiaweishenfu keli treatment in CHF patients.
