Objective:In recent years,acute cerebrovascular disease pathogenesis More and more value.Domestic and international concerning the cell factor in the pathogenesis of CVD in the study also gradually increased.Large number of research confirmed that thrombomodulin is a reliable marker of vascular endothelial cell dysfunction.The TM is near concern with of various CVD.Several published studies have shown that the Ala455Val thrombo-modulin polymorphism is associated with ischemic heart disease,but little has examined the association with stroke.In this paper,We Performed a case control study,preliminary study in Han population TM Ala455Val (C1418T) polymorphism in the distribution of CVD and plas-ma concentration changes of TM,to investigate the perspective of clini-cal and genetic TM correlation with CVD.Materials and methods:Select from April 2008 to October 2008 The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College Department of Neurology,the incidence of hospitalization in the 48h to 7 days of the Han Chinese patients with acute cerebrovascular disease for a total of 79 cases of patients,includ 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,49 cases of cerebral infarction group,all cases match in 1995 the Fourth National Symposium on cerebrovascular revised diagnostic criteria(including history, physical examination and head CT or MRI imaging diagnosis),select the age and sex matched to the same period of the Han Chinese out-patient health 30 cases examined, as a normal control group,collect clinical data,Sample the vein blood to carry on the blood plasma TM measurement respectively,and extract blood cell DNA,the application come polymerase chain reaction,restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis(PCR-RFLP) technology carry on an examination for TMAla455Val(C1418T) polymorphism,preliminary st-udy its relationship with CVD incidence.Results:1.Infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group plasma sTM,hs-CRP was significantly higher than normal level of the control group(P<0.01),and cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than cerebral infarction group;2.Plasma TM concentrations and hs-CRP was positively correlated;3.Cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction group TM 1418C/C gene type were 53.3%and 57.1%,higher than the control group(40%),but no statistical significance;4.TMC1418T gene polymorphism with plasma sTM concentration was not significant.Conclusion:Both cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction plasma hs-CRP,sTM were significantly higher with the normal population,and cerebral hemorrhage than cerebral infarction,of the hs-CRP and sTM present positive correlation;Han population in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction with TM 1418C/C gene type were higher than normal crowd,but no statistical significance, TM Ala 455Val polymorphism and CVD was no correlation,and has nothing to do with the plasma concentration of sTM.
