Objective:Understanding the dissolution of uric acid stones in different PH value of sodium bicarbonate solution,It provide and lay experimental basis to the clinical treatment of uric acid stones. Methods:We took out 40 stones from 20 uric acid stones confirmed,It was divided into A and B groups and each was 20.A group were soaked into 50ml sodium bicarbonate solution of the PH value of 6.8,B group were soaked into 50ml sodium bicarbonate solution of the PH value of 8.0.A and B groups were placed in constant temperature 37℃for one month to observe the same uric acid stones in the alkaline solution of different PH value in the case of dissolution. The dissolved portion of the stones could be calculated by the weight before chemolysis minus the weight after chemolysis. We statisticsed and analysised test data results with SPSS softwareResults:5 from 20 stones in A group were completly dissolved, the remains were losed the weight in a different range.12 from 20 stones in B group were completly dissolved, the remains were losed the weight in a different range. Conclusions:In vitro the studies have shown,PH value of 6.8 and 8.0 of the sodium bicarbonate solution on the uric acid stone dissolution results are better.Stone dissolution speed is related to the PH value of solution.PH is higher in a certain range, result more obvious.
