Clinical Research Of High Myopia Corrected By Clear Lens Phacoemulsification And Implantation Of Intraocular Lens

Objective:1.To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of clear lens phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens to correct high myopia.2.Analyze factors that influence the postoperative visual acuity.Methods:1.Strict choose the patients who fit to do clear lens phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens.Inclusion criteria:(1)The diopters of myopia＞-6.0D line and can not from LASIK and LASEK.(2)The stability of diopter is more than 1 year.(3)The best-corrected visual acuity is more than 0.2.(4)Normal anterior segment. (5)No retinal hole and lattice degeneration lesions,or were treated by retinal laser.(6)Fully understand the risks of the surgery,refractive surgery to receive the subjective desire.2.All the patients adopt clear lens phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens surgery.3.Postoperative follow-up:after 1d,1w,1m,3m and 6m to carry out follow-up,slit-lamp microscope observe the location of the lens and posterior capsule,fundus examination and follow-up of UCVA,BCVA,refractive state,observe and deal with complicated surgery disease.4.Data analysis:In this study,the data are analysised by spss11.5 statistical analysis package.Results:All of 39 eyes were implanted successfully pc-IOL. Postoperative visual acuity:after 1d,39(100%) eyes UCVA≥0.2,9 (23.1%) eyes UCVA≥0.5,all patients had preoperative UCVA than improve;after 1m,24(61.5%) eye UCVA≥0.5,2(5.12%) eyes UCVA≥1.0;after 6m,31(79.5%) eyes UCVA≥0.5,3(7.69%) eyes UCVA≥1.0,35 (89.74%) Eye BCVA≥0.5,10(25.64%) eyes BCVA≥1.0.Stable postoperative refraction,no rollback.Conclusion:1.Clear lens phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is suitable for who are not suitable for LASIK and LASEK line of high myopia,can be used as safe and effective method,with good visual acuity,fewer complications,the forecast accuracy of the refractive state and the advantages of good stability.Strict indications for surgery,have a good surgery phacoemusification technique is the key to success.2.Postoperative visual acuity is mainly correlated to fundus changes,the choose of intraocular lens,operational skills,ocular axial length.
