Objective:Study on it's expression of endotoxin,PTX3 and TNF-αin plasma of patients with psoriasis, the expression level of the relationship between the pathogenesis of psoriasis, finding for further in-depth treatment of the pathogenesis of Psoriasis, and the prevention, searching for new therapeutic targets and providing a theoretical basis. Methods:This experiment were divided into three parts:PartⅠ:the first part of choices 25 cases, which carried out 12 cases,13 cases of stable stage and 16 cases of normal controls, the LAL chromogenic substrate method (endpoint method) was used to detect the levels of endotoxin in the patients and the normal control group.PartⅡ:choice 57 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, which carried out 30 cases,27 cases of stable stage and 21 cases normal control group,ELISA was used to detect the levels of PTX3 in the patients and the normal control group.PartⅢ:choice 57 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, which carried out 30 cases,27 cases of stable stage and 21 cases normal control group,ELISA was used to detect the levels of TNF-αin the patients and the normal control group. Results:The experiments showed that:①Patients with psoriasis vulgaris in the period of plasma endotoxin higher than the normal control group, there are statistically significant(P <0.01 );the level of endotoxin in the stable stage higher than the normal control group, there are statistically significant(P <0.01 );Carried out in patients lower than the stable stage, but there is no significant difference in comparison,no statistically significant (P >0.05).②Patients with psoriasis vulgaris in the period of plasma PTX3 higher than the normal control group, there are statistically significant(P <0.01 );the level of PTX3 in the stable stage higher than the normal control group, there are statistically significant(P <0.01 );Carried out in patients lower than the stable stag, but there is no significant difference in comparison,no statistically significant(P >0.05 ).③Patients with psoriasis vulgaris in the period of plasma TNF-αhigher than normal control group, there are statistically significant(P <0.001 );the level of TNF-αin the stable stage higher than the normal control group, there are statistically significant(P < 0.001 );Carried out in patients lower than the stable stag, but there is no significant difference in comparison,no statistically significant(P >0.05 ).Conclusion:The level of endotoxin in patients with psoriasis vulgaris is higher than the normal control group, which indicates the existence of gram-negative bacteria in the patients with Psoriasis, the existence of infection and pathogenesis of psoriasis relevance.Found in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in plasma level of PTX3,while PTX3 as an acute inflammatory response protein,is a new inflammatory mediators, and further confirmed the existence of psoriasis patients with infection and pathogenesis of psoriasis relevance. The experiments showed tha the lever of TNF-αis higer in patients with psoriasis, and TNF-αplays a role in inflammatory media through inflammatory cytokines promote the synthesis and release, and promote the expression of cell adhesion molecules.Inflammatory cell aggregation and adhesion, expanded and enhanced the permeability of microvascular, such as inflammatory change,Which may be related to the inflammation of psoriasis.
