Studies Of Endometrial Receptivity On Nourishing-Kendey Herbs Do For Kidney Qi Defficency Patients In Cryopreserved Embryo Transfer Cycles

Objective:Study the effect of Nourishing-Kendey Herbs called Erzhi Tiangui Granules in improving endometrial receptivity for Kidney Qi defficency patients in Cryopreserved embryo transfer cycles.Methods:60 patients who did CET in nature cycles were randomly divided into the tested group and controlled group,the tested group take Erzhi Tiangui Granules from the third day of menstruation to embryo transfer day. Observe the improvement of symptoms of TCM before and after treatment,the thickness,pattern,blood flow parameters of the endometrial,the blood flow parameters of Uterine artery and follicularis membrane(PI,RI) in the LH surge day,endocrine of the HCG day and the transplantation day.transplanted cryopreserved embryo three days after ovulation. Contrast the cancellation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and imlanation rate.Patients failure to ET because of poor embryos quality did HE dyeing luteal metaphase's endometrium.Resuits:1.the tested group was obviously better than the control group in improving the insufficiency of kidney(P＜0.05).2.the thickness,the blood flow parameters of Uterine artery and follicularis membrane(PI,RI) of the tested group and the controlled group in the LH surge day was significant difference(P＜0.01),the pattern,blood flow parameters of the endometrial of the two group was statistically significant different(P＜0.05).3.The mean level of E₂ of both the LH surge day and the transplantation day were significantly higher in the tested group than the controlled group (P＜0.01).the E₂/P ratio of the two group was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).4.the cancellation rate of the tested group was lower than the controlled group(P ＜0.05);the clinical pregnancy rate and implanation rate in the tested group were higher than the controlled group,but there was no statistical significance.5.Endometrium of the tested group is in Mid-secretory,Endometrium of the Endometrium of the tested group is in Mid-secretory group is in Mid-secretory but part of Gland secretion is not very good.Conclusions:Erzhi Tiangui Granules can improve local blood flow,regulate the endocrine level,increase endometrial receptivity,improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
