Ditan Xingshen Phlegm Resistance Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Vascular Dementia-Type Manner By The Clinical Observation

Objective:vascular dementia(VD) is a series of factors leading to cerebral vascular damage in brain tissue caused by dementia syndrome.Its incidence increased year by year,the current majority of the clinical efficacy of nootropic drugs is not very clear,so the search for new therapeutic approaches has become inevitable.Acupuncture Chinese medicine for its simple,no side effects,the exact effect has been accepted by the majority of patients.The subject from the acupuncture point of view,selection of acupuncture treatment Ditan Xingshen phlegm obstructing intelligence-based vascular dementia(VD),through the observation on acupuncture for treatment of the clinical effect of VD to explore effective means of treatment of VD,and Western medicine have gratifying for the control,in order to provide a clinical reliable and effective treatment.Method:1.To 60 cases of VD were randomly divided into acupuncture group(treatment group) and Western medicine Duxil group(control group), the treatment group and 30 in the control group 30.2.Acupuncture group selected Ditan Xingshen acupuncture,treatment for 4 weeks;WM group are welcome to use oral treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.3.The use of internationally accepted diagnostic criteria and objective standards,as well as the efficacy of a variety of neuro-psychological test scale,60 cases of patients with vascular dementia had a more systematic, objective,comprehensive evaluation,observation and treatment before and after the mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living (ADL),such as traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale changes.Results:1.Acupuncture group before and after treatment in patients with MMSE,ADL Scale score were significantly difference(P＜0.05),prompted acupuncture for improving symptoms of vascular dementia have better efficacy.2.Acupuncture group before and after treatment of Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms scale score were significantly difference(P＜0.05), needle tips for improving vascular dementia symptoms in patients with a better efficacy of Chinese medicine.3.Acupuncture group and control group,inter-group effects of the two groups showed no significant difference(P＞0.05),that Ditan Xingshen acupuncture and Western medicine can be made of the effects are quite good. Conclusion:1.Xingshen Ditan phlegm obstructing the treatment of acupuncture-type manner by certain effects of vascular dementia:Patients can improve the intelligence level,can improve self-care ability of patients to improve patients quality of life.2.Xingshen Ditan acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia is an effective and reliable treatment method,and the economical and practical, no side effects,it is worth to promote the use of clinical.
