The Effect Of Yifeikangxin Capsule On Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease And Its Relative Research On BFGF

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yifeikangxin capsule in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and to explore the impact of basic fibrobtast growth factor(bFGF)in order to determine the effect and the mechanism of Yifeikangxin capsule on the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method:We divided 60 patients into two groups at random.The 30cases of combined group were given the routine treatment,while on the basic treatment we added yifeikangxin capsule to the treated group.Then,we compare the changes of bFGF,blood gas analysis(PaO₂,PaCO₂,SO₂),Right ventricular pre-ejection period to acceleration time(RVPEP/AT)between combined group and treated group.Result:The total response rate in treated group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that combined group(70%).There was significant difference in the total effective rate between both groups(P＜0.05).After a course of treatment the indicators of bFGF,PaO₂,PaCO₂,SO₂,RVPEP/AT in treated groups were all significantly changed(P＜0.01).The indicators of bFGF, RVPEP/AT were also significantly changed(P＜0.01),while the results of blood gas analysis in patients also were significant improvement in combined group(P＜0.05).Compared the indicators between two groups,PaO₂ were largely increased,however,bFGF,RVPEP/AT were significantly decreased (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The research indicated that yifeikangxin capsule could affect the level of bFGF in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease so as to inhibit the formation of pulmonary hypertension and to achieve the purpose of treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
