The Clinical Effect Research Of The Treatment Of The Qi Xue Xu Type Of Chronic Functional Constipation By Zhi-Mi-Tong 2 Pill

Objective:Clinical efficacy comparison between Zhi-Mi-Tong 2 pill and Ma-Ren-Zi-Pi-Wan in treatment of QiXueXu type of chronic functional constipation(CFC)Method:60 cases of QiXueXu type of CFC patients are enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups.i.e.study group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The study group is treated by Zhi-Mi-Tong2 pill provided by Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,The control group is treated by Ma-Ren-Zi-Pi-Wan supplied by Tianjin Zhong Xin Pharmaceutical.One pill is ingested twice per day.The period of the treating is one month.Writing down the symptoms before the treatment and after the treatment,and giving rating to the symptoms.Calculate the overall rating of the two groups and the respectively rating of each symptoms.Result:The cure rate of the study group is 46.7%,effective rate is 40.0%, noneffective rate is 13.3%.The cure rate of the control group is 30.0%, effective rate is46.7%,noneffective rate is 23.3%.The overall rate between the two groups has significant different(P＜0.05).The QiXueXu and the main symptom ratings between the two groups have significant different(P＜0. 05).The ratings of other symptoms between the two groups have no statistical different(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Zhi-Mi-Tong 2 pill has remarkabe clinical effect in the treatment of QiXueXu type of CFC,much better than the control group.
