Objective:This article will explore and research "yi and gui are derived from the same origin" of TCM ,combined with the supervisor's clinical experiences,understanding the laws of the occurrence and the development of hepatorenal syndrome deeply,then put forward yi and gui are derived from the same origin is an effective treatment for hepatorenal syndrome.Methords:This paper is aimed to discuss the liver and the kidney are closely related physiologically and pathologically in "yi and gui are derived from the same origin" of TCM,and to sum up a new theory to the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome,to guide clinical use of the drugs. This paper contains two parts.The first one is literature about hepatorenal syndrome in TCM,and the mechanism of hepatorenal syndrome in Western Medicine.The second part is to sum up and analyse the particular point of view in hepatorenal syndrome of my own supervisor. I also sum up and analyse the experience of my supervisor in treatment of hepatorenal syndrome.Conclusion and expectation:"yi and gui are derived from the same origin" is an important tache in the occurrence and treatment of hepatorenal syndrome. To analyse the associate of the"yi and gui are derived from the same origin" and hepatorenal syndrome,in order to provide a new thinking for clinic.
