Objective:To observe the effect on IL-2 and IFN-γof MPE rat model treated by Zhu Yin I Hao,and to approach the mechanism of action of Zhu Yin I Hao anti-MPE.Method:We set up MPE rat model with EAC,and divided 100 rats into five groups at random:blank group,model group,Chinese materia medica group,DDP group and Chinese materia medica with DDP group,so each group had 20 rats.Then we detected content of IL-2 and IFN-γin rats' blood serum.Results:1.IL-2 in Chinese materia medica with DDP group rose obviously,and the comparison with model group showed significant difference(p<0.01).Contents ofIL-2 in each treated group were much higher than model group,which expressed significant meaning(p<0.01). Curative effect in Chinese materia medica with DDP group was superior to the other groups(p<0.01),and it effect in Chinese materia medica group was also superior to DDP group p<0.01).2.IFN-γin Chinese materia medica with DDP group rose significantly,and it compared with model group,the figure had significant difference(p<0.01).Every treated groups showed that contents of IFN-γwere higher than that in model group(p<0.01).But it expressed similar in Chinese materia medica group and DDP group (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhu Yin I Hao with DDP could raise IL-2 in blood serum of MPE rat.2.Zhu Yin I Hao could raise IFN-γin blood serum of MPE rat.3.Zhu Yin I may prevent and cure MPE through elevating IL-2 and IFN-γexpression in blood serum of MPE rat model.
