The Influence Of Zhuyin Ⅰ On The Contents Of BFGF Of Malignant Pleural Effusion Model Rats In The Serum And Pleural Effusion And Their Life Span

Objective:To observe the influence of Zhu YinⅠand combination chemotherapy on Malignant pleural effusion rat model's life span and the contents of bFGF in serum and pleural effusion,and to prove the function mechanism of Zhu YinⅠto MPE.Method:Adopting EAC cell strain transplant to Wistar rat to build a model,100 Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups at random,giving respectively the Chinese herbal medicine intragastric administration and chemotherapy medicine intraperitoneal injection,to measure the contents of bFGF in serum and pleural effusion by using ELISA method,and compare life span by computing life prolong rate and median survival period.Result:1.The contents of bFGF in the serum of model group,Chinese herbal medicine group and DDP group were significantly higher than the blank group,learned by covariance examination with obvious difference(p＜0.01);The contents of bFGF in the serum of Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group were higher than the blank group,learned by covariance examination with obvious difference(p＜0.05).Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group,Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group's the contents of bFGF in the serum and pleural effusion were lower than model group,learned by covariance examination with obvious difference(p＜0.01);but Chinese herbal medicine group was close with DDP group,no obvious difference(p＞0.05).Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group's the contents of bFGF in the serum and pleural effusion were lower than DDP group,and there was significant deviation in the comparison(p＜0.05).2.Model group,Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group and chinese herbal medicine with DDP group's median survival,period were 12.0,15.0,17.0,21.0;life prolong rate were 25%,41.7%,75%;P=0.005.Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group,Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group's median survival period was significantly higher than model group;Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group's life prolong rate and median survival period was significantly higher than Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group;DDP group was higher than Chinese herbal medicine group.Conclusion:1.The Chinese herbal medicine(Zhu YinⅠ)could degrade the contents of bFGF in the serum and the malignant pleural effusion2.The Chinese herbal medicine(Zhu YinⅠ)might cure the malignant pleural effusion through degrading the contents of bFGF in the serum and the malignant pleural effusion.3.Zhu YinⅠcan prolong the life span.
