Study On The Effective Constituents Of Sarcandra Glabra

Systematical studies of the active antitumor components from Sarcandra Glabra from the third contents of extraction process, refining process and quality specification.First Adopting Isofraxidin fumaric acid total flavonoids as marks, dissolvent and optimum extraction was investigated by orthogonal design.From then on , adopting Isofraxidin fumaric acid total flavonoids as marks ,optimize macroporous resin and enrich active component using macroporous resin by orthogonal design and then on formulate quality criteria for effective constituents, which can make the preparation more safe and valid,at the same time,research the effectiveness of the effective constituents curing lung cancer from the angle of pharmacodynamics.
