The Clinical Observation On Climacteric Syndrome Treated By Tuina Therapy

Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic result and discuss the effective mechanism of Climacteric Syndrome patients treated by Tuina therapy. Methods:68 cases with Menopausal syndrome patients were randomly chosen and divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. Each group contained 34cases. The treatment group was treated by Tuina therapy, and the control group is done by Oryzanol and Vitamin C. In order to evaluate the alleviate the degree of the two groups before and after the treatment, Kupperman grade list was used.Results:After the treatment,the treatment group got better effect than the control group.The total effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment group, while 35.29% in the control group, and there is a very significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). Compared the changes of the Kupperman grade list, there is a very significant difference ( P<0.01) between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusions:Tuina therapy can effectively eliminate the climacteric syndrome in patients with physical and psychological symptoms. Good effect, non-toxic,no side effects, no pain, tuina therapy which can be easily accepted by patients is a treatment worthy popularizing.
