Modern Literature And Chinese Crude Drug Intervention Study On Recovery Stage Of Ischemic Apoplexy General All Purpose Chinese Crude Drug And Syndrome Qi-insufficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To study the general all purpose Chinese crude drug of recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy for presuming the common syndrome elements through modern literature to provide objective basis for clinical medication. To study the curative effect of recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy with qi-insufficicncy and blood stasis treated by Ha Yu Ke Sai Fang.Methods: Classification statistic traditional Chinese drugs included 53 formulas meeting a criterion from modern literature and statistic traditional Chinese drug's periodicity,quantity of ingredients in a prescription and statistic every traditional Chinese drug's drug property,ingredients in a prescription and meridian distribution. We selected 30 cases recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy patients, taken of Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang, comparing with 30 cases of taking nao xin tong capsule, observing the neurological deficit score and ability of daily life and syndromes of TCM, changes of blood plasma fibrinogen of patients.Results: Drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and drugs for restoring vital energy are general all purpose, the next liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing medicinal,heat-clearing drugs, hemostatic drugs,digestive drugs,dissipating dampness drugs less use, most commonly used Chinese medicine includes: Astragali Radix(黄芪), Salviae Miltiorrhizae(丹参), Ligustici Rhizoma(川芎), Carthami Flos(红花),Semen Persicas(桃仁).Most of Chinese crude drug of recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy taste warm,sweet,bitter,pungent,even nature and inter the liver channels. Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang can relieve obviously neurological deficit score, improve ability of daily life, relieve the score of syndrome qi-insufficiency and blood stasis, decrease blood plasma fibrinogen.Conclusion:1.The frequency of drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and drugs for restoring vital energy is more frequently than other,s,explaining major pathogenesis: qi-deficiency and blood-stasis, major syndrome elements: qi-deficiency,blood-stasis.2. Most of Chinese crude drug of recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy taste warm, sweet, bitter, pungent, even nature and inter the liver channels,with sweet and warm, pungent and even, bitter and even and so on, outstanding healing liver. 3. Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang is obviously effective on treatment of recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy with syndrome qi-insufficiency and blood stasis.
