Different Age Sex A/PR/8/H1N1 Virus N Mice Infected With The Comparative Study Of Immune Response

Objective: In this paper,through theoretical and experimental animal study to examine the physical factors'( gender,age) impact to the body, so as to do the clinical differentiation on the basis of physical theory, and improve efficacy, as well as providing a theoretical basis for health prevention.Method and indicators: In this paper, the theory of Chinese medicine on the different physical characteristics( gender,age) and their relationships with diseases are expounded. On this basis,the study of animal experiments using mouse model of HIV A/PR/8/H1N1 are conducted,by comparing the effects of different sex,age group,the body temperature of mice,lung morphology, pulmonary index,spleen index,peripheral blood WBC and CD4/CD8, to prove the differences of the above groups of mice.Conclusions: By comparing the observed indicators of each group of mice of different sex and age's groups of mice, the conclusion that there are differences between the immune response is reached.
