Clinical Study On Gout Due To Wind-dampness-heat With Heat-clearing-and Dampness-expelling Decoction

Gout is a kind of chronic metabolic disorder disease. With the development of the economy and the change of people's living standard,the sickness rate is increasing. The whole medical field attaches more importance to gout.The objective of this study is to observe clinical effects of Heat梒learing And Dampness-expelling Deeoction (HADD). Fifty six patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. Therapeutic group was treated with HADD, control group was administered with indomethacin. The results showed: GD HADD could remarkably lower BUA, ESR and WBC. linical symptoms were improved significantly."Total effective rate in clinical practice has arrived at 93. 33%.The above results show that HADD is an effective arthrifuge. Its remarkable curative effects indicate a prospective future in further development and clinical application.
