Tripterygium wilfordii is the important poisonous natural resources in our country , Its main active material are Total alkaloid and triptolide . but the content is too low for every per tree.for this , on the basis of the researches at home and abroad , through the different drugs spraying on the tree of Tripterygium wilfordii,this paper analysed the impacts of different storage methods on triptolide and characteristics of physiology and biochemistry,studied physiological ecological mechanisms on triptolide through adopting correlative analysis and regression analysis and trend forcast and analyzing the impacts of the main indexex of triptolide and physiology and biochemistry on triptolide and the characteristics of physiology and biochemistry.the results were as follows:1.There were significant differences on the effects of different treatments to triptolide.the treatments which adopted the 12th day of A1 treatment method,the 12th day of A3 treatment method , the 20th day of A6 treatment method , the 30th day of A11 treatment method , the 15th day of A12 treatment method , were able to maintain higher volume of triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf than others . the content are : 6.215,8.813,5.48,5.715,4.75(μg/g). but the content of triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf of The control group is only about 1.502μg/g.2. There were significant differences on the effects of different treatments to the main indexex on physiology and biochemistry of Tripterygium wilfordii .between the osmolytes, the Comparison between the non-induction and induction for the proline and MDA content,the result is the induction content is much more than the non-induction content.but the SPC content is opposite,the induction content is much less than the non-induction content; For Chlorophyll, the Comparison between the non-induction and induction for Chlorophyll a and Chlorophyll b content, the result is the induction content is much more than the non-induction content. but the Carotenoids content is opposite,the induction content is much less than the non-induction content,although the result is not Significantly;For the activity of Enzyme, the Comparison between the non-induction and induction for the SOD content,the result is the induction content is less than the non-induction content. the CAT content is opposite,and the Change of POD content is not Significantly. the induction content is not much less than the non-induction content;3.The content of triptolide in the fresh leaves,roots and branches of Tripterygium wilfordii were measured by this Experiment , but it did not change significantly in the roots and branches, except the content of triptolide of method A6 branch has improved obviously , it has also improve slightly in Method A9,A10,A11,A12 root . the content are: 2.863,2.588,2.25,2.33(μg/g).but the content of triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii roots and branches of The control group are only about 0.5725 and 1.5567μg/g. 4. The main indexes of physiology and biochemistry had important influences on triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii . In these main indexes , SOD and POD had the most influences than other indexes on triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf . showed negative correlation with triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf , the Correlation coefficient are -0.3487and-0.3709 . Chlorophyll a and Carotenoids had more influences than other indexes on triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf, showed positive correlation with triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf ; the Correlation coefficient are 0.3303 and 0.3057 ; In addition , soluble protein showed negative correlation with triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf. the Correlation coefficient is -0.3298 , but the proline,MDA,CAT and Chlorophyll b are all showed positive correlation with triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf. the Correlation coefficient are 0.2051,0.2166,0.1659,0.2531(μg/g).
