Sexuality And Health Survelliangce After Sigmoid Vaginoplasty In Patient With MRKHS

ObjectiveTo investigate Long-term results of sigmoid vaginoplasty;To explore factors related mucosal bleeding and pain Postoperative and to explore risk factors about cancerationMethodspatients performed the sigmoid vaginoplasty from March 1985 to December 2006 in our hospital were Selected.According to postoperative period,they were divided into two groups,patients in the 10 years after operation were divided into group A,patients beyond the 10 years after operation were divided into group B,recent sexual function were evaluated by using FSFI with questionnaires the manner. Compare the sexual function of postoperative patients with different age groups.Complications were found by the way of reviewing historical data and telephone survey.13 patients who performed the sigmoid vaginoplasty in our hospital were Selected,perform gynecological examination;Artificial Vagina 1/3 mucosa exfoliated cells were charged to detect HPV-DNA and cytology by TCTResultvaginal lubrication and sexual desire scores was statistically significant lower Group B than Group A,P＜0.05,sexual excitement,orgasm,sexual pain,sexual satisfaction were no statistical significance in two groups P＞0.05;FSFI total score was slightly lower Group B than Group A,but not statistically significant P＞0.05.one case Artificial Vagina stenosis,one cases pelvic fluid inclusions,four the artificial vaginal mucosal prolapse,one cases cancer in artificial vaginal mucosa were found; Artificial vagina average depth is9.5cm the width more than two fingers.5(38.5%) cases Detached cells were inflammatory change.HPV test results were negative.contusion Artificial vagina by sigmoid has adequate depth and width,there is a natural secretion,Sigmoid neovagina can meet sexual function in patient with MRKH in long-term,most patients can get orgasm.which can improve quality of life of patients with MRKH;there is not easy to happen Trichomoniasis Candida and HPV infection,only partially translocation of intestinal cell happen inflammatory changes;no found trends to happen cancer,the sigmoid vaginaplasty is still the preferred method to form artificial vagina.
