This topic uses the abdominal cavity injection adrenalin and streptozotocinto lead to different diabetes models, use the ancient Chinese medical classics addition and subtraction composition the compound prescription treatment,From different points, such as,pathogenic factor, attribute change, blood sugar change to gains the information, knows diabetes' pathogenesis and TQK jiaonang prevention diabetes' function comprehensively, provides a new way to prevent diabetes using the Chinese medicine.1.ObjectivesTo observe the effects of TQK jiaonang in treating the adrenaline-induced Hyperglycosemia and streptozotocin-induced diabetes.Contrasts curative effect of TQK jiaonang of two kind of different the cause of disease models and to explore the mechanism.2.Methods(1)42 male Jimpy mice were divided randomly in to 6 groups,7 mouse Per group. They are the normal group that didn't treated, model group, control group which was fed with glibenclamide, and three Treating groups(high dose, middle dose, and low dose),which were fed with Tangqikang Jiaonang. After 7 days, the normal group were injected into the normal saline by peritoneal injection, while others were inject adrenaline(AD).Collecting blood from cut tale after 60 minute and detecting the contents of the blood glucose. (2) Referring to the making the diabetes model with STZ reported by many literatures,50 mice were divided into the control group and the experimental group and they were forbidden to eat(but supplying the water)for 12h.In the control group, the animals were having intraperitoneal injection of 0.1 mol/L citric acid and citric acid sodium buffer(PH4.5) while in the experimental group, the mice were intraperitoneally injected by the STZ(40mg/kg).After the continuous 5 days, the tail was broken to obtain the blood in the last giving drug for 72h and we determined the fasting blood glucose(FBG)using the blood glucose meter and the model making was successful when the FBG>11.1mmol/L.Furthermore the model group was divided into 5 groups, namely, the control group of the model, the positively drug intervening group, and the low, median and the high dose group of TQK and 7 animals in each group.Besides, the Wistar rats were as the control group. The drugs were injected intraperitoneally to each group for the continuing 7 days. The health state and the weight were supervised during the experiment for each group and the food and the water of each day for each mouse were recorded. In the Od and 7d,the fasting blood glucose were determined and the comparison between groups was carried out before and after giving drugs. In the 1h of last giving drugs, the glucose(2g/kg) was given for each group, and after 60 and 120 min,the blood glucose was decided through the blood glucose meter and observed the toleration. The mice were giving gastric perfusion continuously for 7d.,and then they were given neck vertebrae and the heart, liver and kidney. The wet weight was obtained and calculated the organ index as the formula organ index =organ wet weight/body weight×100%.3.ResultTQK had not significantly influenced the blood glucose of normal mice(P>0.05); TQK has certain opposing reaction to the adrenalin-reduced hyperglycemia, prompt that TQK can limitedly reduce the fasting blood glucose of adrenalin reduced hyperglycemia(P>0.05);TQK jiaonang can significantly reduced the blood glucose of Streptozotocin-Induced hyperglycemia(P<0.05),and compares with the masculine control group, high dose of TQK jiaonang had significantly influenced the blood glucose than other doses(P<0.01).The result shows,TQK jiaonang has certain inhibitory action to the adrenalin -reduced hyperglycemia.lt is helpful enhances in the hyperglycemia mouse to the glucose endures ability, can obviously changes STZ result hyperglycemia mouse to drink, the polyuria, polyphagia symptoms and blood glucose.
