The Recent Observation Of High Colonic Irrigation Retention Enema With Chinese Herbal Medicine To Chronic Severe Hepatitis

Objective To observe the colonic irrigation retention enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine to improve adjuvant therapy as early as mid-term chronic severe hepatitis patients with liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL),blood coagulation,endotoxin, ammonia,electrolytes(Na⁺,K⁺,Ca²⁺) and other indicators and clinical symptoms of short-term effect,analysis of colon drug delivery mechanism of ways to explore the clinical treatment of liver slowly re-new ways.Method1.Will have been diagnosed as chronic severe hepatitis as early as the mid-79 cases of patients,according to hospital order in which they were randomly divided into three groups,of which 27 cases of the treatment group,24 cases of the control group,28 cases of blank group,studied the basis of admission for all treatment,the treatment group to another highcolonic irrigation retention enema with Chinese Herbal Medicine in the control group to another high colonic lavage plus lactulose retention enema,3 times a week,a week into a course of treatment,treatment for 3-4 course of treatment;2.Observation of three groups of patients before and after the main clinical symptoms(such as:Introduction lazy,nausea,vomiting, bleeding tendency,abdominal distension and the degree of jaundice, loss of appetite,etc.) changes,and quantify the symptom points for efficacy analysis;3.Observation of patients with ALT,AST,TBIL,PTA,endotoxin, ammonia,electrolytes(Na⁺,K⁺,Ca²⁺) and other indicators,in the pre-treatment,after treatment once a week each for the efficacy analysis;4.Calculation of the Group efficient for statistical analysis to compare their efficacy.Results1.Three sets of the total effective rates were 77.78 percent,62.50 percent,53.57 percent,the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group and blank control group and blank group There was no significant difference;2.The treatment group and control group,in improving the loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,jaundice and other symptoms were statistically significant(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05), but in improving the bleeding,the awareness of the obstacles mentioned lazyno statistical significance(P＞0.05);treatment group,control group and blank group in addition to lazy illocutionary have statistical significance(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05), Three groups of patients in improving lazy made no statistical significance(P＞0.05);3.The treatment group compared with the control group,in reducing YBIL significant statistical significance(P＜0.05),in improving the other biochemical indicators of no statistical significance (P＞0.05). Conclusion Colonic lavage therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in improving retention enema in patients with biochemical markers are not better than the combination of colonic irrigation lactulose retention enema therapy,but in the reduction of bilirubin and improve the clinical symptoms has its significant advantages,now the basis of concurrent ways of combining the treatment of colon drug delivery for treatment of chronic severe hepatitis opened a new route of administration.
