Flavour is an important property of forming cigarette's style and a critical factor of the production of cigratte.Flavour prescription is a major technique of cigratte industry,and a key step for development of cigarette's brand.In this thesis,the pyrolysis behaviours and the extraction processes of four Chinese Herb flavours were compared and discussed.Part 1.Pyrolysis behaviour study(chapter 2):By simulating the tobacoo smoke, four Chinese Herb flavours were split in different thermal split conditions(the different ratio between nitrogen and oxygen at 300℃,600℃,900℃) by Py/GC-MS and discussed the possible aromatic cause.The conclusion indicated that components of fragrance were split into some aroma,such as furfural,1-phenyl-1-Ethanone,benzaldehyde,which enrich the smoke aroma.Also,the possible pyrolysis behaviours of some typical components were discussed.Part 2.Extraction process study(chapter 3 and 4):Oil components from two extraction process-SFE and steam distillation were analyzed,and the analysis data were correlated to results of the smoking quality.The result showed that the steam distillation extracted less long aliphatic hydrocarbons,and oil from steam distillation has less smoke stimulation than SFE processThe study of pyrolysis behaviour could reveal the mechanism of aromatic generation in smoking,which is an important base research for tobacoo technology development.In determining the extraction of volatile,general industry is only focus on extracted rate. However,the smoking quality of the volatile should give more attention.
