Objective:To explore the incidence of the hyponatremia between the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH) and traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(tSAH) and the relationship between the hyponatremia and world federation of neurological surgeons(WFNS) grade,Fisher's grade,Hunt-Hess grade,GOS scale. Methods:A total of 60 patients with SAH were enrolled and graded according to WFNS grade,Hunt-Hess grade and CT Fisher's grade on admission, the levels of serum sodium were determined dynamically, and the GOS scale 3 months after discharge was used as a prognostic criterion. Results:The incidence of hyponatremia in 60 cases was 47%,The incidence of hyponatremia on aSAH was 40%,and tSAH is 53%.A statistically higher incidence of hyponatremia were found in the patients with poor WFNS grade,Fisher's grade and GOS scale(p<0.05),and no statistical significance between hyponatremia and Hunt-Hess grade(p>0.05).Conclusions:The patients of SAH have a higher incidence of hyponatremia. The incidence of hyponatremia in tSAH is higher than aSAH,but no statistical significance between tSAH and aSAH.hyponatremia may be associated with the severity of diease and poor prognosis.
