Objective To explore clinical and angiographic in-stent restenosis(ISR) correlative factors after drug-eluting stent(DES)implantation. Methods 243 patients including 192 males, who underwent successful implantation of 378 DES,were eligible for this study. The patients were angiographically divided into restenosis group(54patients)and non-restenosis group(189patients) Analyzing the relationship between ISR and the risk factors for coronary heart disease,Results 57 stents(15.1%)angiographically showed restenosis.Diabetes mellitus (DM ),the irregular use of statins and aspirin after stent implantation, chronic total occlusion(CTO)lesion, the degree in stenosis before stent implantation, the diameter Of reference vessel, stent length et al.were the risk factors of restenosis(P < 0.05 ).the diameter of reference vessel was the strongest predictive factor of restenosis(P=0.01).Conclusion Restenosis often occurs within six months after stenting.DM,the irregular use of statins and aspirin after stent implantation,CTO lesion, the diameter of reference vessel and the length of stem are associated with folow-up restenosis, while other risk factors such as history of hypertension, smoking, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, unstable angina(UA),myocardial infarction(MI),target vessel lesion site, number of vascular lesions, the maximal balloon pressure have no impact on ISR.
