| Objective:To investigate the possible correlationship between historical pregnancy reaction and Systematic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE)。Methods:The incidence and intensity of historical pregnancy reaction of 18 SLE patients were retrospectively recorded and compared with that of the 40 healthy controls。Results:(1) The incidence of historical pregnancy reaction were significantly higher in the SLE patients(72.2%,13/18) than that in the healthy controls(42.5%,17/40), P=0.036;(2) Though the statistical P value was 0.071,the intensity of historical pregnancy reaction of SLE patients tend to be stronger than that of the healthy controls (9.15±2.79 vs 7.47±2.12)。(3)The morbidity of SLE in historical pregnancy reaction positive group(43.3%,13/30) were significantly higher than that in the historical pregnancy reaction negative group(17.9%,5/28),P=0.036.Conclusion:There may be a correlationship between historical pregnancy reaction and Systematic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE)。It provided theoretical support for a further large scale retrospective study or even prospective study in this direction。... |
