Objective: Through comparision observing the effect of immediately EKG of the CHD patients by acupuncturing Taixi belonging to kedeny meridian in correlationship with heart and Qiuxu belonging to gall-bladder meridian in non-correlationship with heart,in order to understand the correlated speciality between meridians and zangfu and providing evidence for choosing acupoint in clinic,we compare the difference between the correlated and non- correlated meridian with zangfu in affecting zangfu diseases. At the same time we also observe whether they both have corperative or in-corperative effect. Methods:Choosing self-comparision method in order to reduce error,30 cases clinical diagnosed as CHD were observed, among whom 3 cases had lost, so in fact 27 cases were observed The alteration of ST part and t wave between before electro-acupuncture and withdrawal of needle at 5min,15min,30min,60min instantly were observed respectively. Through self control and compared to the control group, carry on the statistical analysis to the results. Results: Electro-acupuncturing Taixi and Qiuxu can improve the patients' EKG of ischemic heart disease and the effects have no significant difference, but as to improving T wave, Taixi group is superior to Qiuxu group at 15min,30min. Taixi group and the matched group have the same effect.Using the two acupoint at the same time didn't show significant corperative or in-corperative effect. Conclusion: Taixi group is superior to Qiuxu group, showing that zangfu correlated meridians have the speciafcity to adjust zangfu function.
