【Objectives】Investigate the diagnostic value of tracheoscopy among patients with lung cancer.【Methods】Retrospectively review 208 cases of lung cancer. All these cases were confirmly diagnosed by biopsy. And all these patients were performed tracheoscopy, including standard bronchoscopic procedures, bronchial brushing, and transbronchial lungbiopsy.Calculate the positive rate of lung cancer.Futhermore, divide all the cases into 5 groups, according to what the performers saw under the tracheoscopy. That means groups below:group A-neoplasm;group B-invasion; group C-stenosis(including occlusion and intumesce);group D-inflammation (including rough membrane swelling, secretion et al.).【Result】Among 208 cases,140cases were diagnosed as lung cancer by tracheoscopy,so the diagnostic rate is 67.3%.According to what the performers saw under the tracheoscopy,76 cases belong to group A,16 cases belong to group B,67cases belong to group C,16 cases belong to group D,33 cases belonged to group E.And the diagnostic rate are respectively 94.7%,87.5%,58.2%,56.3%,and 18.2%,every both having significant differences.【Conclusions】The technique of bronchoscopy is an important way to diagnose lung cancer, and the diagnosis rate ralates a lot to the eye appearances of the lesions.
