The research show that hemorheology parameters have strong inter-relationship with cordis and cerebrovascular diseases.Thus, the examination of hemorheology parameters have significant meaning for diagnosis, prophylaxis, curative effect jugement and pathogenetic condition analysis of those diseases. And the blood rheometer also become the focus of the market.Combine with current status of blood rheometers and to solve the shortages of U-shaped scanning capillary blood rheometers, this paper introduce a prototype with reliable performance and high precision and faster communication base on C8051F340 chip and USB communication technology.According to functional requirements of blood rheometer, the systerm's sub-modules are divided, including motor controlling, valve controlling,step motor controlling, analog-digital-conversion, samples optoelectronic quantify, USB communication,etc. The design concept, circuit diagram and driver codes are given in detail. Finally, this paper presents the test process of the whole system and sample experiment, analyzes the results, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
