| Polycystic ovarian syndrome is one of the major reasons which cause infertility of women ,affects approximately 6%-10% of all women,75% of anovulation infertility.PCOS is a neuroendocrine and metabolic disorder characterized by follicular development obstacles,excessive amounts of androgen and insulin resistance,with multi-derived causes and diversity symptoms.This article is to expound the cause,mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
