| Cardiac systolic includes not only longitudinal, radial ,and circumferential,but also left twist . Left ventricular twist plays an important role in LV function,and untwist has an important role in pumpfunction .It has been studied that left ventricular twist can evaluate cardiac fuction better ,and be more sensitive than normale index. In this paper,the status of left ventricular twist in cardiomyopathy were mainly reviewed.
