Henoch-Scholein Purpura is a common systemic vasculitis of the small vessel in childhood, with a variety of clinical manifestations. The main diagnostic criteria is palpable skin purpura. To the patients who have gastrointestinal tract as the main symptoms we do not know the pathogenesis and pathology.They suffer clinically abdominal pain and gastrointestinal bleeding, and they are easily misdiagnosed if occurd before skin purpura, the rate of misdiagnosis can be as high as 87.5%. We have not find diagnostic criteria of imageology and endoscopy identify about gastrointestinal tract lesion. And the early cortico-steroid therapy is still argument, as well as it would damage the kidney. This review include epidemiology, etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examination, treatment and relationship between the nephritis and gastrointestinal manifestations in Henoch - Scholein Purpura.
