Objective:To study the effect and practical values of different methods to control bleeding during the resection of sacrum tumor。Method:The thesis starts from a retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of 84 patients of sacral tumor with clinical data from 1.1 99 1-2009.1 living in hospital.According to intraoperative bleeding control methods, they are divided into 4 groups, internal iliac artery ligation in 20 cases(group A), preoperative embolization of target vessel intervention in 1 1 cases(group B), temporary block of lower abdominal aorta in 22 cases(group C), no-vessel controlled bleeding(group D)in 31 cases(group D)to make a comparison on the bleeding volume, operative time, postoperative hospitalization days, sacral nerve injuries, complications such as shock and death in each group.Result:Firstly,The volume of bleeding in each group is as follows, 5068.54±1905.54ml in group D,3150.00±964.35ml in group A,2968.18±827.72ml in group B,1788.64±523.48ml in group C.Compared with three other groups(p<0.001),the average amount of bleeding in group D is 5068.54m1.Considering the maximum amount of bleeding in the groups, the volume of bleeding group A is equivalent to group B(P=0.714).Compared with other three groups(P0.05)although Group C has the shortest operative time.Thirdly, postoperative length of hospitalization for the group D is 19.32±7.98 days, respectively group A 17.35±6.08 days, group B 17.45±5.44 days, group C 12.81±2.19 days.Compared with other three groups(p
