Objective:The aim of the study was to,find clinical evidences for the management of microvascular complications of T2DM through investigating the concentration and relationship of SAA,CRP and FIB in patients with microvascular complications of T2DM,and analyzing the risk factors of microvascular complications of T2DM.Methods:64 patients with T2DM were divided into two groups:31 patients without microvascular complications and 33 patients with microvascular complications.Serum SAA was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA),and CRP,FIB and other index were measured, too.Clinical characteristics were compared in groups and analyzed the relationship among them. Many factors that may influence microvascular complications of T2DM were selected.A multi-variate analysis of these individual variables was performed by the logistic regressionmodel.Results:(1)The type 2 diabetic patients with microvascular complications had significantly higher levels of serum SAA,serum CRP and plasma FIB than those in the group without microvascular complications(P<0.05~0.01).(2)In the group microvascular complications, the values of course of disease,BMI, waist circumference,FINS,HOMA-IR,UA,TC,TG,and LDLW were higher than those in the group without microvascular complications(P<0.05~0.01);The value of ISI was lower than that in the group without microvascular complications(P<0.01).(3)Correlation analysis showed that serum SAA was correlated positively with inflammatory factors such as serum CRP and plasma FIB,and was not correlated with HOMA-IR and ISI;serum CRP was correlated with plasma FIB,and was not correlated with HOMA-IR and ISI,plasma FIB was correlated with HOMA-IR and ISI.(4)Logistic regression analysis showed that serum SAA and TG were independently associated with type 2 diabetic microvascular disease.Conclusion:(1) FIB was correlated with insulin resistance, while SAA and CRP were not correlated with insulin resistance.(2) In type 2 diabetic patients, SAA,CRP and FIB were correlation among those. It indicated that SAA,CRP and FIB were the important role of T2DM.(3) The study showed that SAA and TG were significantly risk factors for type 2 diabetic microvascular complications. It showed that cutting down the levels of inflammation and strict control of serum lipid levels may contribute to slow down the development of type 2 diabetic microvascular complications.
